The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 68.95 per cent at Rs 93.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 128.45 per cent to Rs 43.20 crore from Rs 18.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.79 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.83 per cent to Rs 49.84 crore as against Rs 36.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.41 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 87.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 39.46 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.68 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.88 crore).
