ACME Solar signs 25-Year PPA with SECI for 300 MW Hybrid Renewable Energy Project

ACME Solar Holdings, through its subsidiary ACME Renewtech Fifth Private Limited, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a 300 MW ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Renewable Energy Project.

The project will be connected to Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) substations using the company's already secured grid connectivity in high solar irradiation and wind-rich regions. Under the agreement, ACME Solar will supply power at a minimum annual Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of 30%.

With this addition, ACME Solar's PPA-signed portfolio has increased to 6,870 MW out of its total contracted portfolio of 8,070 MW.
