The Board of Directors of Prabhatam Infra Venture Limited (formerly known as BJ Duplex Boards Limited), at its meeting held today i.e. July 21, 2026, has, inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 14,40,10,350 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, for consideration other than cash i.e., Share Swap, and 5,85,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, for cash.
