CIE Automotive India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Cessation

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that, Mr. Rajendra Vadlapudi has tendered his resignation from his position as CEO - Iron Casting Division of CIE Automotive India Limited (the Company) with effect from close of business hours on 22nd July, 2026 and accordingly he shall cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
