Everest Industries - Intimation Of Voluntary Winding-Up Of Everest Building Products, A Wholly Owned Subsidiary In Mauritius

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\) read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that the Board at its meeting held today i.e. on July 27, 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the voluntary winding up of Everest Building Products, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in Mauritius under the applicable laws of the Mauritius.\r\n\r\nFurther, please note that Everest Building Product is not as material subsidiary of the Company and the voluntary winding up of this subsidiary will not affect the revenue, business or profitability of the Company.
