Appointment of Mr. Shankar Bhat (DIN: 11849888) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27th July, 2026. The term of his appointment as an Independent Director will be for a period of 5 years and the appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders.
