Crude oil futures decline on weak global cues

Crude oil futures fell by Rs. 120 to Rs. 7,837 per barrel on Tuesday, tracking weak global market sentiment.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), August delivery contracts declined 1.51% to Rs. 7,837 per barrel, with a trading volume of 4,507 lots.

According to analysts, selling pressure and weak demand in the spot market prompted traders to reduce their positions, weighing on crude oil futures prices.
