The 19th (Nineteenth) AGM of members of the company will be held on Thursday , August 20, 2026 at 12.00 P.M (IST) thorugh Video Conferencing / OAVM in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the MCA and the SEBI. \r\n\r\nThe comapny has fixed Thursday, August 13 , 2026 as the cut-off Date for the purpose of the determining the members eligible to vote on the resolution set in the Notice of the AGM.
