Honeywell Automation - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Please be informed that the Company has made the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of the 42nd Annual General Meeting, available as of July 7, 2026.\r\n\r\nWe have identified a typo on page 16 of the previously submitted Annual Report. We are now uploading the corrected version and would like to note that the only change is in the commission payable to the Independent Directors in the AGM notice at page 16
