Cineline India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding allotment of 3846153 securities pursuant to Preferential Issue by way of passing of circular resolution on July 30, 2026 in respect of allotment of 38,46,153 Equity shares of face value of Rs.5 (Indian Rupees Five Only) each, fully paid up pursuant to exercise of the option attached to the Warrants by the Warrant holders and upon receipt of the notice for exercise along with the balance 75% of the issue price Rs.87.75 (Indian Rupees Eighty-Seven and Seventy-Five Paisa only) per Warrant aggregating to Rs.33,74,99,925.75
