Aarti Industries Ltd has announced a key leadership transition, with its Board approving the appointment of Suyog Kotecha as Managing Director & CEO, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

As part of the succession plan, promoter directors Rajendra Gogri, Rashesh Gogri, and Renil Gogri will transition from executive roles to non-executive leadership positions, providing strategic oversight while strengthening the company's governance framework.

The move is part of Aarti Industries' long-term succession planning aimed at enhancing institutional leadership, improving corporate governance, and supporting sustainable long-term growth. Suyog Kotecha, who has served as CEO since June 2024, will lead the company's day-to-day operations while continuing to benefit from the strategic guidance of the promoter leadership.
