Moody's assigns Investment-Grade Baa2 Rating to RBL Bank

RBL Bank has received a first-time investment-grade rating of Baa2/P-2 from Moody's Ratings, with a stable outlook.

The rating reflects the bank's adequate capacity to meet its financial commitments and includes a two-notch uplift due to expected support from Emirates NBD Bank, RBL Bank's largest shareholder. The Baa2 rating places the bank well above the speculative-grade category.
