We wish to inform you that the Company has received the Certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Haryana, on July 31, 2026, pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Regional Director, Northern Region-II, Chandigarh on July 07, 2026, approving the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Himachal Pradesh to the State of Haryana.\r\n\r\nA copy of the Certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Haryana, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, the Registered Office of the Company now stands shifted to the following address: \r\n\r\nHFCL Limited \r\nPlot No. 38, Institutional Area \r\nSector -32, Gurugram-122 001\r\nHaryana \r\n\r\nConsequent to the aforesaid change, Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company has been altered in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. A copy of the amended Memorandum of Association is enclosed as Annexure-B.\r\n
