Telephone Cables - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Intimation of meeting of Committee of Creditors

The Reolution Professional convened the 9th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of M/s Telephone Cables Limited on 27th July 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at SCO 818, Ist Floor, NAC Chandigarh. The agenda of the meeting, included taking note of the minutes of the 8th CoC Meeting and the result of e-voting conducted thereon, deliberating upon the requests received from the Perspective Resolution Applicants for the extension of the timeline of submission of Resolution Plans and considering the approval for extension of the due date for submission of Resolution Plans in accordance with Regulations 36B(6) of the IBBI regulation, 2016 along with discussion on any other matter with the permission of the chair.
