Rites - Outcome of Board Meeting

RITES Limited has submitted to the Exchange that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 04, 2026 has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 and also declared the 1st (First) Interim Dividend of Rs.1.40 /- per share (i.e.14%) for the Financial year 2026-27.
