Indian Oil Corp. has declared 12.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. on Monday, 18 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 12.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 14 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 14 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 March 2026), 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 December 2025), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2025), 70% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 July 2024) and 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023).
