Rites has declared 14% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Rites Ltd. on Tuesday, 04 August 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 14 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 10 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 10 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 27.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : NA), 19% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 February 2026), 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 November 2025), 13% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 August 2025) and 26.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 September 2025).
