Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 06, 2026 has approved the Sub division/Split of Equity shares of the Company in 1:5 ratio i.e. One (1) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into Five (5) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up.
