Visaka Industries has declared 50% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Visaka Industries Ltd. on Thursday, 06 August 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 13 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 60% Final dividend (Ex Date : 25 June 2026), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 27 June 2025), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 June 2024), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 June 2023) and 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 April 2023).
