NIIT has declared 50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

NIIT Ltd. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 20 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 September 2025), 37.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 05 September 2024), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023), 150% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 08 February 2022) and 125% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 July 2021).
