Premco Global has declared 20% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Premco Global Ltd. on Monday, 11 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 20 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 February 2026), 360% Special dividend (Ex Date : 14 November 2025), 40% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2025), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 26 August 2025) and 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 17 February 2025).
