This is inreference to our earlier intimation dated 6T August 2026, pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\), regarding holding of Board Meeting on 11 August, 2026 to inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June, 2026.\r\nIn this regard, please note that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 11 August, 2026,\r\nhas inter alia approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for\r\nthe quarter ended 30 June, 2026.\r\nAccordingly, we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June, 2026.
