RBI cancels CoRs of four NBFCs

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificates of Registration (CoRs) of four Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) after they surrendered their registrations.

The CoRs of RAGA Tradecon Pvt Ltd and Real Lease and Credit Pvt Ltd were cancelled following their exit from the NBFI business.

Meanwhile, the CoRs of Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd and Mirae Asset Sharekhan Financial Services Ltd were cancelled as the entities ceased to exist due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution or other corporate restructuring.

The cancellations were carried out by the RBI under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
