Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, the Company hereby informs that Mr. Aditya Sharma, have completed his term as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the end of the day on June 27, 2026.\r\n\r\nConsequently, he has ceased to be an Independent director and Member of Nomination Remuneration Committee of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe cessation is due to completion of his tenure and is not in account of resignation, removal or disqualification.
