Approved the Unaudited Financial Results ('UFR') of the Company for the Quarter and three month ended 30th June, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report on the said UFR by Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Sanjay Chindaliya & Company., (Firm Registration No.: 114779W), Chartered Accountants, Nagpur, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, please find enclosed herewith Unaudited Financial Results ('UFR') along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the company.\r\n\r\nWe are also enclosing the declaration under regulation 33 (3)(d) of Listing Regulations in respect of the Limited Review Report with unmodified opinion on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.\r\n\r\n2. Approved the Annual Report, Directors' Report and Secretarial Audit Report along with all the annexure for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.\r\n
