Further to prior intimation made under reg 29 of SEBI Listing Regulation on Aug 4, 2026 and pursuant to Reg 30 SEBI Listing Reg we wish to inform you that the BOD of the company as its meeting held on 13-08-2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with limited review report. Attached herewith are copy of financial results as recommended and reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by BOD and copy of limited review report as received from our Statutory Auditors, Banka & Banka on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. .
