Amber Enterprises - Intimation Regarding Approval Of Material Items By IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, A Material

We hereby inform the exchange that the Board of Directors of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited (IL JIN), a Material Subsidiary of the Company at its meeting held on 13th August 2026 approved the following: (a) appointment of Mr. Prakash Iyer and Ms. Sabina Moti Bhavnani as Non- Executive Independent Directors of IL JIN for a term of five years with effect from 13th August 2026; and (b) appointment of Mr. Sudhir Goyal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Further the Board of IL JIN has also noted the resignation of Ms. Lovely Mehra, Independent Director of IL JIN with effect from close of business hours on 13th August 2026.
