Board of Directors of Tandhan Industries Limited (Formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited) ('The Company '), at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, 14th August, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company - as Annexure - A.
