C.V. Paturkar & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 114AB5W), as Statutory Auditor with effect from 14th August, 2026; and (3) approved the appointment of M/s. Manikandan & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 008520S), as Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy, subject to approval of the members.
