Indo Tech Transform. has declared 100% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Indo Tech Transformers Ltd. on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, has announced Final dividend of 100 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 16 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 39% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 March 2009), 85% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 15 December 2008), 60% Final dividend (Ex Date : 10 July 2008), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 July 2007) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 July 2006).
