DLF Q1 net profit jumps 62.30% at Rs 65.34 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 65.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.08 per cent at Rs 256.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 467.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.92 per cent to Rs 371.57 crore from Rs 482.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.59 per cent at Rs 222.67 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 142.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 704.42 per cent to Rs -114.63 crore as against Rs -14.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1362.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 92.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 138.45 per cent at Rs 21.89 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.18 crore).
