Gulf Oil Lubricants Q1 net profit up 31.93% at Rs 127.52 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 127.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 96.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.52 per cent at Rs 1,320.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 996.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.21 per cent to Rs 1,149.99 crore from Rs 869.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 19.95 per cent at Rs 26.64 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 22.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.59 per cent to Rs 170.37 crore as against Rs 126.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 38.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.87 per cent at Rs 44.92 crore (Jun'25 Rs 33.06 crore).
