Bharat Seats Q1 net profit jumps 43.90% at Rs 13.21 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.30 per cent at Rs 577.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 427.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.60 per cent to Rs 549.64 crore from Rs 405.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.79 per cent to Rs 28.19 crore as against Rs 21.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.13 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.96 per cent at Rs 4.50 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.17 crore).
