Jyoti Structures Q1 net profit jumps 74.37% at Rs 19.46 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 74.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 61.03 per cent at Rs 251.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 156.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.23 per cent to Rs 230.21 crore from Rs 149.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.38 per cent at Rs 3.72 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 6.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 207.97 per cent to Rs 21.25 crore as against Rs 6.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 91.18 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 11050.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 79.35 per cent at Rs -0.19 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.92 crore).
