Indian Metal & F Q1 net profit zooms 109.32% at Rs 191.49 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 191.49 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 91.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 109.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.71 per cent at Rs 960.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 641.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.61 per cent to Rs 679.18 crore from Rs 516.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.38 per cent at Rs 11.97 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 21.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 124.17 per cent to Rs 281.27 crore as against Rs 125.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 49.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 71.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 99.06 per cent at Rs 65.33 crore (Jun'25 Rs 32.82 crore).
