Garware Offshore - Contract For Vessel

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our letter No.GOSL/2026/029 dated June 17, 2026 informing you about the Letter of Award received for the charter of one (1) of the Company's Vessels for a period of four (4) year with extension option of a further one (1) year, we wish to inform you that the Vessel has commenced operations under the said Charter w.e.f. August 17, 2026.
