The central bank will notify an amount of Rs 1.5 lakh crore for the auction, with the bidding window scheduled from 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Wednesday. The funds will be reversed on August 20, 2026.

The RBI said the operational guidelines for the auction will remain unchanged and will continue to be governed by the framework outlined in its February 13, 2020 press release.
