Aegis Logistics Q1 net profit zooms 469.75% at Rs 394.15 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 394.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 69.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 469.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.75 per cent at Rs 1,068.73 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 836.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.98 per cent to Rs 600.12 crore from Rs 769.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 95.64 per cent at Rs 68.59 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 35.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 595.16 per cent to Rs 468.61 crore as against Rs 67.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 444.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 14.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 448.58 per cent at Rs 133.69 crore (Jun'25 Rs 24.37 crore).
