The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 278.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.69 per cent at Rs 131.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 60.74 per cent to Rs 115.94 crore from Rs 72.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.23 per cent at Rs 2.06 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 408.97 per cent to Rs 15.32 crore as against Rs 3.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 191.02 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 143.65 per cent at Rs 4.41 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.81 crore).
