The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 321.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 278.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.16 per cent at Rs 1,835.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,914.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.31 per cent to Rs 1,467.40 crore from Rs 1,566.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 375.40 per cent at Rs 88.90 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 18.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.51 per cent to Rs 367.60 crore as against Rs 348.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.05 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 8.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.48 per cent at Rs 80.50 crore (Jun'25 Rs 56.50 crore).
