Behari Lal Engineering Ltd. debuts with 60.70% premium at Rs 458.00

Behari Lal Engineering Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 458.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 60.70 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 285.00. On the National Stock Exchange, the stock was listed at Rs 465.00.

The company, which raised 1.06 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 0 times, receiving bids for 0 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 105.83 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under B Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Aug 12 to Aug 14.

Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs [BSEHighPrice] and a low of Rs [NSEHighPrice], before closing the session [UpDown] by [ChangePer] per cent to its listing price at Rs [ClosingPriceBSE] on the BSE.

The company anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for a purchase and installation of new (i) equipment / machinery (including computers, printers and computer peripherals) along with civil work for such installation; (ii) rooftop solar panels at Village Salani, Amloh Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab , India (Manufacturing Facility )b purchase and installation of new (i) equipment / machinery along with civil work for such installation; (ii) rooftop solar panels at Village Turan, Amloh Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab , India (Manufacturing Facility ) Repayment and/ or prepayment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by our Company General corporate purposes.
