The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 347.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 244.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.03 per cent at Rs 1,871.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,496.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.05 per cent to Rs 1,377.29 crore from Rs 1,147.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.19 per cent at Rs 14.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 9.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 41.39 per cent to Rs 494.18 crore as against Rs 349.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 35.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.02 per cent at Rs 128.33 crore (Jun'25 Rs 85.54 crore).
