KSB Q2 net profit down 18.02% at Rs 59.60 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 59.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.60 per cent at Rs 690.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 666.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.88 per cent to Rs 609.10 crore from Rs 575.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.43 per cent at Rs 12.50 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 18.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.72 per cent to Rs 81.60 crore as against Rs 91.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.67 per cent at Rs 18.30 crore (Jun'25 Rs 22.50 crore).
