The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.53 per cent at Rs 1,192.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 973.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.03 per cent to Rs 1,105.19 crore from Rs 891.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 176.27 per cent at Rs 9.78 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.23 per cent to Rs 100.75 crore as against Rs 92.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.73 per cent at Rs 16.44 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.18 crore).
