Pearl Global Ind. Q1 net profit down 51.86% at Rs 12.44 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 25.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.36 per cent at Rs 339.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 266.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.84 per cent to Rs 317.43 crore from Rs 248.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 53.59 per cent at Rs 12.04 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 25.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.87 per cent to Rs 22.18 crore as against Rs 18.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 21.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 105.04 per cent at Rs 4.88 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.38 crore).
