Blue Star Q1 net profit down 36.11% at Rs 69.36 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 108.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.35 per cent at Rs 3,198.27 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,846.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.92 per cent to Rs 3,070.67 crore from Rs 2,672.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.83 per cent at Rs 16.12 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 15.83 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.92 per cent to Rs 127.60 crore as against Rs 174.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.44 per cent at Rs 23.84 crore (Jun'25 Rs 38.11 crore).
