Aspinwall and Co. posts Q1 net loss of Rs 1.34 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 1.34 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 3.66 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.81 per cent at Rs 110.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.51 per cent to Rs 110.44 crore from Rs 90.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 67.74 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 112.04 per cent to Rs 0.26 crore as against Rs -2.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 109.39 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 92.86 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.84 crore).
