Ducon Infratechnologies Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 19, 2026, has decided to Issue of 24,99,42,758 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1.00/- each for cash, at an issue price of Re. 1.00/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 24,99,42,758/- to all the eligible equity shareholders of the Company on Rights ( Rights Issue ) as on the Record date, in consultation with the Rights Issue Committee.
