The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 576.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 498.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.97 per cent at Rs 4,791.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,357.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.73 per cent to Rs 4,020.76 crore from Rs 3,732.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.78 per cent at Rs 59.40 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 54.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.78 per cent to Rs 812.74 crore as against Rs 720.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.54 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 13.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 22.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.11 per cent at Rs 202.52 crore (Jun'25 Rs 175.93 crore).
