Avro India - Disaclosure Under Reg. 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obliagtions and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that 3,23,450 warrants have been lapsed due to non-receipt of balance 75% amount within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment i.e. 11.02.2025 and 25% amount received at the time of allotment has been forfeited as per Reg. 169(3) of Chapter V of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
